1. Introduction

Welcome to Carelodis, your partner in elderly care services. Located at 290 Bremner Boulevard, Toronto, ON M5V 3L9, Canada, Carelodis offers companionship, personal support, and home assistance tailored to your needs.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any service, digital product, or physical good provided by Carelodis, you agree to be bound by these terms.

3. Service Categories

3.1 Elderly Care Services

Our care team provides scheduled visits, personal support, and wellness checks based on agreed plans and schedules.

3.2 Digital Information Products

We offer electronic guides and training materials to support caregivers and clients. These are delivered immediately after purchase.

3.3 Physical Goods

Carelodis carries select comfort and mobility products that can be ordered online and shipped to your address.

4. Scheduling, Payment, and Fees

Fees for services and goods are due in full before delivery or service start date. We accept major credit cards and electronic bank transfers. All charges are clearly stated at the time of purchase.

5. Refund Policy

Carelodis is committed to satisfaction. Please review the guidelines below.

5.1 Refunds for Elderly Care Services

To request a refund for scheduled care services, notify us at least 48 hours before the service start time. Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 14 business days of approval. If you wish to reschedule a service, contact us at least 24 hours in advance; we will do our best to accommodate based on availability. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are not eligible for a refund due to staff and resource allocation.

5.2 Refunds for Digital Information Products

Access to digital products is granted immediately upon purchase. All digital product purchases are final once access is provided. If technical issues prevent delivery, contact us within 7 days for troubleshooting assistance. In exceptional circumstances, we may grant a refund or issue a site credit at our discretion.

5.3 Refunds for Physical Goods

If a product is damaged or defective on arrival, contact us within 5 days. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back. Once received and inspected, we will issue a refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Unopened items may also qualify for a refund if reported within 14 days of delivery; shipping charges for sending items back are your responsibility.

Carelodis may update these terms at any time. The effective date at the top will reflect the latest revision.
